Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! We offer custom sizing. Our default sizing are as follows.
What does pre-order or made-to-order mean?
Pre-order or made-to-order means that we only manufacture the item/s after you have ordered them. Only order if you are willing to wait. There are no rush orders.
What are your shipping methods? Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship locally from Mindanao, Philippines via LBC, and we ship internationally via post office!
What payment methods do you take?
We currently take GCash, PH Online Bank Transfer, and Paypal!
Is it possible for me to receive a refund or return my order?

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. La Mélodie Maison will cover all shipping costs.We will require an unboxing video to verify the defects or the product you received.
What are the acceptable causes for returning or exchanging?
We will only permit return or exchange queries if you receive a defective or incorrect product.We will NOT permit return or exchange queries for the following reasons:

Change of size
Change of colour
Shipping delays
Damages due to shipmentLa Mélodie Maison shall not be accountable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Shipment is unfortunately beyond our control. If ever, we may only provide a partial refund.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your return. Do allow us up to 3 days to process.You can be refunded via store credit or cash refund.
